Some marks don't come off with a standard wash. Oil drips on the driveway, rust bleeding from a railing or a fertilizer spill, leaf and tannin stains, battery acid – they need targeted treatment matched to the stain and the surface, not just more pressure.
We identify the stain type, treat it with the right cleaning approach for that surface, then surface-clean the area so it blends with the rest. Some stains lift completely; others lighten significantly. We'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start – no guarantees we can't keep.
Stain removal is part chemistry, part realism. How well a stain lifts depends on what it is, how long it's been there, how deep it soaked, and the surface it's on. A fresh oil drip is very different from a five-year-old one that's penetrated the slab.
We treat with the cleaning approach matched to the stain and the surface – never pressure or methods that would etch or damage the concrete. Before we start, we'll walk it with you and give you a straight answer: this should come out, this should lighten a lot, this is likely permanent. No surprises, no guarantees we can't back up.
